To remove equipment from the list completely, enter Delete Mode by pressing the Trashcan Icon usually located on the bottom right of the screen. While in Delete Mode, the red minus buttons will turn into Trashcans for equipment removal. To go back to normal mode, press the Trashcan Icon again.
